Where did Paul go to begin his ministry among the Gentiles?

After three years of instruction from God's personal seminary, Paul went up to his home city of Tarsus and began his work among the Gentiles. He always approached the Jew first. This began approximately AD 37 to 40 and continued until the Jerusalem council eleven years later.

Les explains that after Paul's three years of instruction from God's personal seminary, from approximately AD 37 to 40 he went up to his home city of Tarsus and began his work among the Gentiles. Les notes that Paul always approached the Jew first. From the time Paul began his ministry among the Gentiles in Tarsus until the Jerusalem council in Acts chapter 15 was already eleven years. During that eleven-year period, Paul had not yet written any of his epistles, but he had been seeing Gentiles brought into the body of Christ. Les then outlines the dates of Paul's letters, beginning with the Thessalonian letters about AD 54, then Galatians in 58, 1 Corinthians in 59, 2 Corinthians about AD 60, Romans the same year, and later the prison epistles from Rome: Ephesians, Philippians, Colossians, and Philemon.
