Where did Paul begin his ministry to the Gentiles?

Paul began his ministry to the Gentiles in his home city of Tarsus, after the period from AD 37 to 40. From there he worked among the Gentiles, though he always approached the Jew first. This began an eleven-year span before the Jerusalem council.

Les explains that after Paul's three years of instruction in God's personal seminary, from AD 37 to 40 he went up to his home city of Tarsus and began his work among the Gentiles. Even there, he always approached the Jew first. The time from that beginning in Tarsus until the Jerusalem council in Acts 15 was already eleven years, during which Gentiles were brought into the body of Christ, though Paul had not yet written any epistles.
