What happened after Lydia's conversion concerning the young girl?

After Lydia's conversion and baptism, she urged Paul and his companions to stay at her house. Then opposition arose from a demonically inspired young girl, and Paul would later demand the demon to come out of her. This opposition came as the next event in the account.

Les explains that following Lydia's conversion, her heart was opened, she attended to Paul's message, and she was baptized. She then constrained Paul and his companions to abide in her house. After this, the account turns to opposition from a demonically inspired young girl. Les notes that Paul later in these verses will demand the demon to come out of her. This opposition is the next event in the narrative.
