What happened when Lydia heard Paul's message about Jesus?

When Lydia heard Paul's message, the Lord opened her heart, and she attended to the things spoken by Paul. Though she was already a sincere worshipper of God, she had been lost, but she gave heed to Paul's words and responded to the message.

Les explains that Lydia was a seller of garments dyed purple, the trade Thyatira was known for. She worshipped God and was devoted and sincere, yet she was lost. When she heard Paul's message, the Lord opened her heart, and she attended to the things spoken by Paul. Luke gives the account, showing that her religious devotion did not save her; the Lord's opening of her heart brought her to heed Paul's words.

Acts 16:14

And a certain woman named Lydia, a seller of purple, of the city of Thyatira, which worshipped God, heard us: whose heart the Lord opened, that she attended unto the things which were spoken of Paul.
