What role will James, the Lord's brother, have in Acts 15 according to Les?

James, the Lord’s brother, will take the role of moderator by the time the account reaches Acts chapter 15. Paul, when visiting Peter, saw no other apostle except James, who is thus distinguished and later positioned to moderate that future assembly.

Les explains that Paul went up to Jerusalem to see Peter and abode with him fifteen days, but he saw none of the other apostles except James, the Lord’s brother. Les points out that this James is going to take the role of moderator by the time we get to Acts chapter 15. This indicates James’s future leadership role in that setting, distinguishing him from the twelve in Paul’s account.
