What kind of Israel is described in the prophecy of ten men taking hold of a Jew's skirt?

The prophecy describes a believing Israel, a redeemed Israel, a regenerated and repentant Israel—Israel when she would have her king. Jews are pictured as priests and go-betweens to Gentiles, so people from all languages and nations take hold of a Jew's skirt and want to go with them because God is with them.

Les explains that the prophecy speaks of “those days” when Israel would have her king, and identifies the “you” as Israel—specifically a believing Israel, a redeemed Israel, a regenerated, repentant Israel. Ten men out of all the languages of the nations take hold of the skirt of him that is a Jew and say, “We will go with you,” because they have heard that God is with you. Les also connects this to Exodus 19, where every Jew was to become a priest, a go-between, with the prospect of being a priest of God to the Gentiles.
