What objection did the Sadducees raise against Peter's teaching about the resurrection?

The Sadducees objected because they denied any resurrection from the dead, believing people lived and died like animals. They were grieved that Peter preached through Jesus the resurrection, which directly contradicted their doctrine that no one returns from the dead.

Les teaches that the Sadducees were the group most concerned about Peter's preaching that Christ is alive and is yet able to come and be their King. Because they did not believe in resurrection, they came at Peter, saying, "How dare you teach something that flies in the face of our doctrine? There's no such thing as someone coming back from the dead." Their doctrine was that you lived like an animal and died like an animal. So their objection was that Peter's teaching about Jesus and the resurrection directly contradicted their denial of any resurrection.
