What did Jesus do during the 40 days after His resurrection?

During the 40 days after His resurrection, Jesus fellowshipped with the eleven apostles in His resurrection body. He ate and talked with them. He then ascended from the Mount of Olives, and angels said He would return in like manner.

Les teaches that after His resurrection, Jesus stood in a real resurrection body and spent 40 days fellowshipping, eating, and talking with the eleven. Then, suddenly, He ascended from the Mount of Olives. Two angels stood by and asked why the men of Galilee gazed into heaven, saying this same Jesus, taken up into heaven, shall so come in like manner as they saw Him go. Les stresses this is literal and not to be spiritualized or allegorized. Jesus went up head first and will return feet first, bodily, not in an ethereal form or a spiritualized realm of influence.
