Les Feldick Bible Study

What will happen when the Lord's kingdom is established in the last days?

In the last days, the Lord's house will be established as the top kingdom, exalted above all smaller kingdoms. All nations will flow unto it, and many peoples will go up to the mountain of the Lord, where He will teach His ways, and they will walk in His paths. The word of the Lord will go forth from Jerusalem.

Les explains that the last days for Israel differ from the last days for the church. Israel's last days arrive when the King comes and sets up His kingdom, fulfilling all the previous times. Isaiah says the mountain, or kingdom, of the Lord's house will be established on top of the mountains, and since mountains symbolize kingdoms, this will be the top kingdom of all kingdoms, exalted above the hills, or smaller kingdoms. All nations will flow unto it, and many people from around the planet will say, "Come ye and let us go up to the mountain of the Lord, to the house of the God of Jacob," so He will teach them His ways and they will walk in His paths. Out of Zion shall go forth the word of the Lord from Jerusalem, not from heaven, but from Jerusalem.

Isaiah 2:2

And it shall come to pass in the last days, that the mountain of the LORD’s house shall be established in the top of the mountains, and shall be exalted above the hills; and all nations shall flow unto it.

Isaiah 2:3

And many people shall go and say, Come ye, and let us go up to the mountain of the LORD, to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths: for out of Zion shall go forth the law, and the word of the LORD from Jerusalem.
