What does "Jehovah Shammah" mean?

Jehovah Shammah means 'I am there,' referring to the LORD's presence. In Ezekiel 48, the name of the city in the Kingdom is Jehovah Shammah, indicating the LORD is there. This is the last of the seven I Am's intrinsic to Israel's need in the Old Testament.

Les explains that in Ezekiel 48, the name of the city from that day shall be Jehovah Shammah, which means 'I am there.' This concludes the seven I Am's that are intrinsic to Israel's need in the Old Testament. He then notes that just as there were seven I Am's in the Old Testament, there are seven I Am's in the book of John, transitioning to John chapter 6.
