Does the dry bones vision describe the resurrection of dead Jews?

No. The dry bones vision depicts Israel's national restoration, not the resurrection of dead Jews. While dispersed among the Gentiles, the whole house of Israel was nationally dead and had lost identity. God will bring living Jews out from the nations back into their homeland to fill the land.

Les explains that this vision is not about Jews being resurrected and then coming back, but about the nation being brought back to life nationally. The bones saying their hope is lost and they are cut off pictures Israel being in dispersion so long that they lost their national identity and were in graves—nationally dead. God opening their graves means bringing living Jews out from among the Gentile nations back to their homeland. Every tribe will be represented in the return, the whole house of Israel, not minus the ten lost tribes, because God knows who they belong to. He will put His Spirit in them, they shall live, and He will place them in their own land.
