Was Adam incorruptible before the fall?
Yes. Before he sinned, Adam was incorruptible and could have lived forever had he not fallen. He was the first man, earthy, made of dust, and served as the federal head of the human race. When Adam fell, Christ, the second Adam, became the restorer.
Les explains that Adam, before he sinned, was incorruptible and could have lived forever had he not fallen. Adam was the first man, of the earth, earthy, made from the dust, and the federal head of the human race. Les also suggests, while admitting he cannot prove it from Scripture, that Adam's pre-fall body was identical to Christ's in His earthly appearance. When Adam fell, there had to be a way of restoring it, and the second Adam, Christ, is that restorer. Christ did not fall, as shown in the Temptations.
