What happens to people who reject the virgin birth?
Those who reject the virgin birth are doomed, because accepting it is part of salvation. The virgin birth is foundational to salvation, as it explains how Christ could be sinless, having divine blood from the Father rather than tainted human blood from a human father.
Les explains that many people cannot accept the virgin birth, but if they cannot, they are doomed, because it is part of salvation. He grounds this in the physiological fact that the mother's blood never enters the fetus; the blood system comes only from the father. Therefore Jesus did not have a human father, so He did not have human blood but divine blood, untainted and incorruptible, making the virgin birth basic to salvation.
