Les Feldick Bible Study

How personally will each person know God in eternity despite so many inhabitants?

Despite billions upon billions of inhabitants, each person will know God as personally as they know their own parent. God will dwell with His people in the very present, not far off taken by faith, and eternity’s unique dimension makes such individual, personal knowledge possible.

Les teaches that in eternity God will not be someone far out there whom we take by faith. Rather, the tabernacle of God will be with men, and God Himself shall be with them and be their God. Even though there will be billions upon billions of inhabitants, each one will know God as personally as they know their own parent. Les says he is convinced of this, and calls it one of the uniquenesses of the eternal. Eternity is in another dimension we cannot comprehend, yet that does not prevent intimate personal knowledge of God. This same eternal state is where God wipes away all tears, and where death, sorrow, crying, and pain pass away, because all former things are gone.

Revelation 21:3

And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God.
