How will the Antichrist appear when he arrives on the world scene?
The Antichrist will arrive as an ordinary human being, born of woman and flesh and blood, yet used by Satan much like Judas. He will appear as a tremendous political manipulator and charismatic personality, able to command attention at summit meetings and eventually make a peace treaty with Israel in the Middle East.
Les explains that while some identify the signed peace treaty with Daniel 9:25, he is not convinced it will hold. Regardless, the Antichrist will come on the scene as an ordinary human being, born of woman, flesh and blood, and much like Judas, used of Satan to fulfill satanic aspirations. He will be a tremendous political manipulator and charismatic type individual, able to manipulate people, walk into almost any summit meeting, and command attention. That will bring him to the place of making a peace treaty with Israel in the Middle East. By the time he returns to his headquarters, which Les feels will be somewhere in Europe, other things will also occur at the opening days of the seven years, including the two witnesses in Jerusalem who begin Jehovah God's witness to Israel, whom the Antichrist has permitted to build the temple.
