Are believers already members of the kingdom, and where is that kingdom now?

Les explains that believers today are already members of the kingdom, though the kingdom is not now on earth but in heaven. One day that kingdom of heaven will come on the earth, and believers will be part and parcel of it because they are already in it. He connects this to Colossians 1:12, where Paul prays that the Father has made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance. Earlier he notes believers have the firstfruits of the Spirit and groan within themselves waiting for the adoption, the redemption of the body. The redemption of soul and spirit is already concluded, but the body still awaits redemption, when the corruptible becomes incorruptible as we go up into the Lord’s presence, receive our reward, and later become active participants in the kingdom.
