In the millennial kingdom, what will happen to the living waters that go out from Jerusalem?
Living waters will go out from Jerusalem, half toward the former sea and half toward the hinder sea, flowing in summer and winter. Ezekiel shows the same river sourced under the temple, going east into the desert and Dead Sea, healing the Dead Sea so every living thing lives wherever the river comes.
Les explains that Zechariah 14:8 describes the Kingdom day when living water goes out from Jerusalem, half toward the Mediterranean (the former sea) and half toward the Dead Sea (the hinder sea), and it continues in both summer and winter. He then directs us to Ezekiel 47, where Ezekiel sees the same river beginning at verse 1, with its source under the temple in Jerusalem. In Ezekiel 47:8–9, the waters issue out toward the east country, go down into the desert and into the Dead Sea. When those waters are brought into the Dead Sea, its waters are healed. Everything that lives and moves wherever the river comes will live, and there will be a very great multitude of fish because these waters come from the temple area; the Dead Sea’s waters are healed, and every living thing lives wherever the river comes.
And it shall be in that day, that living waters shall go out from Jerusalem; half of them toward the former sea, and half of them toward the hinder sea: in summer and in winter shall it be.

How will God provide water between the Mediterranean and the Dead Sea at Christ's second coming?
While human engineers are planning an enormously expensive canal between the Mediterranean and the Dead Sea, God will accomplish the water connection in a moment of time at Christ's second coming.
