Will weeds, insects, and other pests hinder crops in the millennial kingdom?
No. In the millennial kingdom, people will not have to fight weeds, insects, fungus, molds, or other things that hinder crop production today. Food production will be easy and tremendous, with one crop harvested and the next planted continually, without the sweat and toil of today.
Les explains that in the Kingdom they won't have to fight the weeds, insects, fungus, molds, and all the other things that hinder good crop production today. Instead, it will be an easy life of tremendous food production: one crop will just be harvested, and they'll plant the next one. This constant planting and harvesting will be universal, unlike the limited double cropping seen in western wheat country, and it will occur without the sweat and toil we have today. He connects this to Scripture: the plowman shall overtake the reaper, and the treader of grapes him that soweth the seed, and the mountain shall drop sweet wine, and all the hills shall melt.
