Will church-age believers be involved in the Kingdom when it comes to earth?

Yes. Church-age believers will be involved in the Kingdom when it comes to earth. Paul writes in Colossians 1:12–13 that the Father has made believers partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light, delivered them from the power of darkness, and translated them into the Kingdom, so they are already members of it.

Les explains that although Paul, the apostle of the Gentiles, does not dwell on the Kingdom as much as the Old Testament and the Gospels did concerning Israel, church-age believers are nevertheless involved in it. He stresses, “Don’t think for a minute that we won’t be.” In Colossians 1:12–13 Paul prays for the Colossi Gentile believers, giving thanks to the Father who prepared them to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light, delivered them from the power of darkness, and already translated them into the Kingdom. Les notes that believers are already members of the Kingdom, but the Kingdom is presently in glory, in the person of Christ. When Christ was on earth, John the Baptist told Israel the Kingdom of Heaven was at hand because the King was at hand.
