Did the apostle Paul talk about the Kingdom as much as the Old Testament and the Gospels did?

No. Paul, the apostle of the Gentiles, does not dwell a lot on the Kingdom per se, not nearly as much as the Old Testament does and the Gospels did as it pertained to Israel. Yet believers are still involved in the Kingdom, already translated into it in Christ.

Les explains that Paul, the apostle of the Gentiles, does not dwell a lot on the Kingdom per se, not nearly as much as the Old Testament does, and the Gospels as it pertained to Israel. Nevertheless, Les says, we are involved in the Kingdom; don't think for a minute that we won't be. In Colossians 1:12-13, Paul prays for the Colossi Gentile believers, giving thanks unto the Father who made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light, and who delivered us from the power of darkness and hath already translated us into the Kingdom. The Kingdom tonight is in glory, in the person of Christ. When He was on the earth, John the Baptist approached Israel saying, "The Kingdom of Heaven is at hand," because the King was at hand.
