Is every human being going to be resurrected?

Yes, every human being will be resurrected. Scripture teaches that as all die in Adam, so in Christ shall all be made alive, and God's power will resurrect the lost as well at a future time. However, resurrections occur in order, each person in his own company, not simultaneously.

Les explains that Paul is directing his attention primarily to the believer in 1 Corinthians 15, but the power of God will also resurrect the lost at a future time. He emphasizes that every human being in the human race is going to be resurrected, but in his own particular company. The word 'order' is a military term for an organized group, like a company or battalion. Christ is the firstfruits, the first group of resurrected people, along with those who came out of the graves at Jerusalem. Then afterward, not simultaneously but at a later time, those who are Christ's at His coming—the church age, grace age believer, the body of Christ. Then comes the end, which will be after the tribulation.

1 Corinthians 15:23

But every man in his own order: Christ the firstfruits; afterward they that are Christ’s at his coming.
