Who will live on earth as flesh-and-blood people during the thousand-year kingdom of Christ?
Normal flesh-and-blood people will fill the earth as citizens of Christ's kingdom. They will have children, work, and produce under His righteous rule, with sin and the adversary absent. Resurrected saints will not be part of that flesh-and-blood population; they will interface with them from their place of authority.
Les explains that the citizens who will fill the earth during the kingdom are normal flesh-and-blood people. They will have children, work, and produce, but it will be in the absence of sin and the adversary, under the perfect righteous rule of Christ the King. Satan will be locked up and Christ will be King, yet the human race will have opportunity to produce and reproduce. Les also clarifies that resurrected saints will not be part and parcel of that flesh-and-blood population. Instead, they will interface with them from their place of authority as resurrected saints. God will give every believer an area of responsibility, with varying rewards in the kingdom economy, as illustrated by the talents and ruling over cities, though Les says he cannot explain exactly how it will be done.
