They also have power to shut heaven so it does not rain during their prophecy, and power over water to turn them to blood and to smite the earth with all plagues as often as they will. Many feel one witness will be Elijah because he stopped the rain for three years in the Old Testament; the language also suggests it could be Moses, though Les does not get dogmatic.
