What happens to people who believe during the tribulation?
During the tribulation, multitudes, both Jews and Gentiles, will believe and be martyred. They are not members of the body of Christ; instead, they are grouped with Old Testament believers and will stand in their lot at the end of the days, after the tribulation and the extra 75 days.
Les explains that after the church is raptured, the seven years of tribulation bring horrors. During that tribulation, multitudes of people will believe and be martyred, both Jew and many Gentiles. These believers are not members of the body of Christ; they did not miss the rapture, but they simply cannot be included in the body. Les places them back with the Old Testament believer because the tribulation is the time of God dealing with Israel, the temple is operating, and it is primarily a Jewish period. He puts the whole lot of tribulation believers and Old Testament believers into this particular time of resurrection of this group of just people, standing in their lot at the end of the days, the extra 75 days beyond the tribulation.
