Why does Les say the white horse rider in Revelation 6 is the false Christ?
The white horse rider is identified as the false Christ because a white horse alone does not prove it is Jesus; from Genesis 3 onward, as soon as man entered the scene, Satan comes in as the Master Counterfeiter. This pattern supports the conclusion that the rider is not Jesus.
Les teaches from Revelation chapter 6 that as Christ takes the scroll from God the Father, the scroll includes the mortgage Satan holds over the planet because of the curse, and that curse will be lifted by the time all of this is over. When the first seal is removed, a white horse appears. Les explains that although some think the white horse must be Jesus simply because it is white, he is convinced it is the false Christ. His reason is that all the way back from Genesis chapter 3, as soon as man entered the scene, Satan comes in as the Master Counterfeiter.
