Who is the white horse rider in Revelation 6?

The white horse rider is the man of sin, the counterfeit Christ, and the Antichrist. He comes on the scene claiming to be Christ, deceives many, and goes forth conquering and to conquer, setting up his power base and signing a seven-year treaty with Israel.

Les explains that the white horse in Revelation 6 is the man of sin, the counterfeit Christ, the Antichrist. He connects it to Jesus' statement that many will come in His name saying, "I AM Christ." This rider will come on the scene and practically convince the world that he is the Christ; the world is looking for him, and he shall deceive many. Les notes that figures like Sigmund Moon from Korea claimed to be Christ, and others will come, but the real counterfeiter, the real Antichrist, will culminate it. In I John 2:18 this man of sin is actually called the Antichrist; many antichrists already exist, but they do not compare to the one coming. Back in Revelation 6, this man of sin comes on the scene, begins to conquer and overtake nations, sets up his power base, and goes forth conquering and to conquer. The first seal is the appearance of the Antichrist, and he signs the seven-year treaty with Israel.

1 John 2:18

Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time.
