How should Old Testament prophecies be understood in light of Israel's rejection?

Old Testament prophecies should be understood as a continuous, uninterrupted sequence: Messiah's coming, Israel's crucifixion of Him, Daniel's 70th week tribulation, and Christ's return to establish His Kingdom. Israel's rejection did not break this prophetic flow; the Old Testament presents it as steady, with no interruption.

Les explains that God called Abraham and formed the nation of Israel, and the Old Testament economy was predominantly Jew only with exceptions. The prophetic program was that Messiah would come, Israel would crucify Him, then Daniel's 70th week tribulation would occur, and Christ would return to set up His Kingdom. Although Israel rejected the opportunity, the Old Testament prophecies still present this as a steady flow with no interruption. Thus, they should be understood as a continuous sequence, not broken by Israel's rejection; the crucifixion was foreseen, and the tribulation and Kingdom still follow.
