Is the book of Revelation a book of myths or the Word of God?

Revelation is not a book of myths and legends or gobbledygook; it is a perfectly tuned book that is definitely part of the Word of God. The whole book is a breakdown of sevens, since seven is God's number, introducing seal, trumpet, and bowl judgments.

Les teaches that the book of Revelation is not myths, legends, or what unbelievers call gobbledygook, but a perfectly tuned book that is definitely part of the Word of God. He explains its structure as a breakdown of sevens: the seven letters to the seven churches, the seven seal judgments, which introduce the seven trumpet judgments, and the seventh trumpet introduces the final seven bowl judgments. Interspersed are seven distinct persons and seven woes, because seven is God's number. This final seven years, Daniel's seventieth week, the time of wrath and vexation, or the Tribulation, opens when the Antichrist signs a seven-year treaty with Israel. The first three and a half years are not as much wrath and vexation as the last three and a half; Scripture consistently divides the seven years into three and a half and three and a half, forty-two months and forty-two months.
