Will the resurrection of the Body of Christ in 1 Corinthians 15 include Old Testament believers?

No. The resurrection of 1 Corinthians 15:52-53 is the resurrection of the Body of Christ, the Church Age believer only. It will not include Old Testament believers, and it cannot include tribulation believers because that period had not yet occurred. This resurrection is the outcalling of those who believe the Gospel.

Les explains that since Paul is writing to the Church, the only resurrection dealt with in 1 Corinthians 15:52-53 is the resurrection of the Body of Christ. It will not include the Old Testament believers, and it naturally cannot include the tribulation because that has not yet happened. What is in view is the outcalling, or resurrection, of the Church Age believer only—those who have come in by believing the Gospel, not by anything they have worked for. The dead will be raised first with a new body, and then the living shall be changed. The corruptible must put on incorruption, and the mortal must put on immortality, so that death is finally swallowed up in victory and they never again face death.

1 Corinthians 15:52
