What happens after the Body of Christ is complete?
The Body of Christ is completed when the last sinner is saved and brought in. Then God takes it out, and shortly afterward the Antichrist signs a treaty with Israel. This removal is imminent; no date can be set, but believers expect it at any moment.
Les teaches that the Body of Christ is completed when the last sinner is saved and brought into it. At that point, God takes the Body out, and shortly thereafter the Antichrist signs a treaty with Israel. This event is what the Church Age has been warned and advised to look for ever since Paul's own experience, as taught in Thessalonians. Paul had taught the Thessalonian believers that this could take place in their lifetime. It cannot be dated; no one can say a specific day or year, and Les bristles at date-setting. The word used is imminent—He may come this afternoon, tomorrow, next week, or sometime down the road. It waits for the last sinner to be saved. Many listeners requested teaching on the Rapture, and Les held them off, now trying for at least one program, perhaps another at the next taping. Paul says he reveals a secret.
