Who has prompted every human accomplishment, whether good or bad?
Scripture identifies Satan as the god of this world, who has total dominion. Every human accomplishment—whether good, beautiful, ugly, or bad—has been prompted by Satan, because the world lies in the lap of the wicked one. This is supported by the temptation of Jesus, where Satan offered the kingdoms of the world.

Satan had the authority to give them because they were his to give.
