What did Joseph's brothers tell Jacob about Joseph and Egypt when they returned to Canaan?
When Joseph's brothers returned to Canaan, they told Jacob that Joseph was alive and was the head man in Egypt. They also reported that Joseph had permission from Pharaoh to bring the entire family down into Egypt's best region, along the Nile River, into Goshen.
