How does the whole human race become guilty of the crucifixion?

Both Jew and Gentile rulers took counsel against the Lord and His Anointed. When Israel was presented with Christ, they demanded, "Away with Him" and "crucify Him." Pilate carried out their demand, so the whole human race falls under the guilt of the crucifixion.

Les explains that the kings and rulers, both Jew and Gentile, set themselves against the Lord and against His Anointed, which is Christ. They wanted to break God's bands asunder and cast away His cords, rejecting God's rule over them. When Pilate presented Christ to Israel, their response was, "Away with Him. We'll not have this man to rule over us." Pilate carried out their demand, and the Jews demanded it. Thus the whole human race falls under the guilt of the crucifixion because the rulers of Jews and Gentiles rejected Him and said, "Crucify Him." They cast off every opportunity for God to rule over them, even though Christ came to be their King and was presented as their King. They continued to reject Him until they actually put Him to death.
