What will God say to believers when they get to the eternal abode?

At the eternal abode, God will not say it wasn't what it seemed, nor will He apologize. He will say the blood of Christ is faithful; He is faithful, and that is why all believers can fully trust Him forever.

Les teaches with a chair analogy: faith in a chair requires the chair to be faithful to hold you. Likewise, Christ has claimed to have done everything necessary, and faith rests in that. When the believer reaches the eternal abode, God will not say, sorry, it wasn't what it seemed. Instead, He will affirm that the blood of Christ is faithful and that He is faithful, which is why we can trust Him. Les ties this to Paul's point that it is through the faithfulness of the One who is faithful to keep us, because He loved us and gave Himself for us. It is not how much we love Him but how much He has loved us.
