Can one person sow the gospel seed and someone else reap the harvest?

Yes. The account shows one person sowing the gospel seed while another reaps the harvest. A young man sowed the seed, and another was able to reap the harvest because the young man had repeatedly approached him, and the Lord opened his heart.

Les teaches that one person can sow the gospel seed and another can reap the harvest. In the account, a young man sowed the seed by approaching the man time after time while working for him. The man used to say “I hope so” about heaven, and the young man told him, “Then you’re not.” Later, when the man heard the program, the Lord opened his eyes to the gospel, and he became a testimony of God’s grace. Les explains that the reaper was able to reap the harvest because, had the young man not approached him time after time, he would never have listened. This shows it is not a “hope so” or a religion, but a position in Christ, known by faith.
