Les Feldick Bible Study

Is the Body of Christ exclusively Gentile or does it include Jews?

The Body of Christ is not exclusively Gentile. It is predominantly Gentile, but it includes some Jewish adherents. In contrast, Israel was Jew only with some Gentile adherents, while the Church, or Body of Christ, is mostly Gentile with some Jewish adherents.

Les explains that after Paul's conversion and three-year seminary training in the desert, the Gospel of the Grace of God goes out. It is not limited to Gentiles, but unlike the earlier situation that was probably Jew only with some Gentile exceptions, God is now pulling out another group, the Church or Body of Christ. Les says it is not exclusively Gentile, but mostly Gentile. He contrasts the two: Jew only with some Gentile adherents versus predominantly Gentiles with some Jewish adherents. The Body of Christ becomes a unique group waiting for the rapture/outcalling, after which God will deal with Israel for seven years, then the Second Coming.
