Les Feldick Bible Study

What is the difference between the heavenly and earthly programs in the Bible?

Scripture keeps heavenly and earthly programs separate. The heavenly program was revealed to the Apostle Paul in the mysteries, the Body of Christ, while all the rest of God's history is earthly, centered on the nation of Israel. When Israel rejected everything, God turned to the Gentiles and began to work in the heavenly.

Les teaches that God created Heaven and earth, and these two must be kept separated all through Scripture because they cannot be mixed. The heavenly connection is that which was revealed to the Apostle Paul in the mysteries, the Body of Christ; we are the heavenly connection. All the rest of God's history is earthly, including the nation of Israel and all that surrounded them. Beginning with the call of Abraham around 2000 B.C., God brought forth the nation of Israel and began His earthly ministry only to the Jew, with two exceptions; Christ did not minister to Gentiles. When Israel rejected everything, God turned to the Gentiles and began to work in the heavenly. Les points to Matthew 10 to show that Jesus ministered only to the nation of Israel, not to Jew and Gentile together.
