What was Israel's role after God sent them back into the nations?

After God sent Israel back into the mainstream of humanity, their role was no longer to be evangelists. They became a wandering people steeped in spiritual blindness and unbelief, while God began the totally different outcalling of the Body of Christ, the Church Age.

Les teaches that shortly before A.D. 70, after the original day of Pentecost when Israel was no longer going to believe Jesus was the Christ, God sent them back into the mainstream of humanity. They were not now to be evangelists but simply to be the wandering Jew, a nation steeped in spiritual blindness and unbelief. At that point God began something totally different—the outcalling of the Body of Christ, the Church Age, which is a Pauline revelation. This prepares the world for the next event, the rapture or outcalling of the Church, which is His Body. Since it is Pauline revelation, it has nothing to do with Old Testament prophecy or the nation of Israel, and it must be taken out of the way before God can pick up with Israel for the final seven years, divided 3½ and 3½, and the appearance of the Antichrist.
