Why is drawing a Bible timeline the easiest way to witness?

Drawing a Bible timeline is the easiest way to witness because it lets a person put historical events on paper and unfold them in order, helping folks understand that all these things led up to the crucifixion of Christ. The timeline also shows Israel, the Church Age, the rapture, and the final seven years.

Les explains that he likes to repeat this because he wishes people could sit down with a sheet of paper, draw a line across it, and begin to unfold all these historical events. He calls it the easiest way to witness he can think of, since folks have to understand that all of these things led up to the crucifixion of Christ. In the broader timeline, he marks Israel’s spiritual blindness and unbelief after Pentecost, then the outcalling of the Body of Christ, the Church Age, as a Pauline revelation that prepares the world for the rapture or outcalling of the Church. Since this is Pauline revelation and has nothing to do with Old Testament prophecy or the nation of Israel, it must be taken out of the way before God picks up with Israel for the final seven years, divided 3 1/2 and 3 1/2, and the appearance of the Antichrist.
