What does the partying and wicked lifestyle lead to in the end?

The partying and wicked lifestyle, described as reveling, leads to just the opposite of a good time: misery, broken homes, broken health, and anything that breaks a person. Those who continue in it remain in the old Adam, the playground of Satan.

Les explains that reveling implies people think they are having a good time, and for the moment maybe they are. But it invariably leads to the opposite: misery, broken homes, broken health, and just about anything that will break them. These wicked activities—envying, murders, drunkenness, revelings—are what Paul brings out in the text. Those who continue in this lifestyle of the old Adam are in the playground of Satan himself.
