What is the difference between the Holy Spirit as a person and the 'power from on high'?

The Holy Spirit is the person, while the “power from on high” is the Pneuma Hagion exercised through that person. It is the power believers need to confront the old nature, live victoriously in the flesh, and let the Spirit run the race, taken and understood by faith.

Les explains that the Holy Spirit is the person, but when He gives us what we need to confront the old nature and His desires, and to live victoriously in the flesh, we cannot do it without the Pneuma Hagion, which is the power from on high exercised through the person of the Holy Spirit. This is what we have to come to understand by faith. By faith we take this and say, “Lord, I have the Holy Spirit. I can draw on Him, and I don’t have to force myself to be a law keeper.” It then simply comes naturally to let the Spirit run the race for us.
