Does Les believe Jesus is God the Creator?
Yes, Jesus is explicitly affirmed as God the Creator, together with His virgin birth, atoning work on the cross, resurrection, and second coming. These are presented as non-negotiable fundamentals of the faith that must never be compromised. This reflects a clear commitment to Christ's deity.
Les teaches that the fundamentals of the faith include who Christ is—that He was virgin born, that He is God the Creator, and that His atoning work on the cross completed every bit of God's requirement for salvation. He also affirms that Christ rose from the dead and is coming again. He says he will never compromise these things and would rather return to ranching than deny them. While acknowledging he is human and not above error, he stands firm on these core truths, trusting God's approval on his ministry.
