What does God do for you when you believe the Gospel with all your heart?
When a person believes the Gospel with all their heart, God justifies them, saves them, declares them righteous, places them into the Body of Christ, sanctifies, glorifies, and forgives them. The Holy Spirit baptizes them into the Body of Christ. This is all by grace, not legalism, simply because they believe.
Les explains that he is not an easy believer and never teaches easy believism, but he maintains that when a person totally believes Romans 3:23 is speaking about them—that they are sinners by virtue of being sons of Adam—and believes the work of the cross has done everything, and believes that with all their heart, God acts. God justifies them, saves them, declares them righteous, places them into the Body of Christ, sanctifies them, glorifies them, forgives them, and has His own system of baptism. That baptism is the Holy Spirit placing them into the Body of Christ. This is all because they simply believe the Gospel. There is no legalism tied to it; it is grace. Les also notes that God is the justifier of the one who believes, not of the one who speaks in tongues, joins the Church, gets baptized, or does other things.
