What does Paul say about his ways and his teaching in 1 Corinthians 4:17?

Paul says his ways are in Christ, and he teaches the same message everywhere in every assembly. He urges the Corinthians to follow him and sent Timothy to remind them of these ways, because they learned everything from him as the apostle.

Les explains that Paul does not command but beseeches the Corinthians to be followers of him. Paul sent Timothy, his beloved son, to bring them into remembrance of his ways which are in Christ, as he teaches everywhere in every assembly. Les points out that Timothy, Barnabas, Silas, Titus, Epaphroditus, and other fellow laborers all learned everything from the apostle Paul, so everything goes out from this one apostle.

1 Corinthians 4:17

For this cause have I sent unto you Timotheus, who is my beloved son, and faithful in the Lord, who shall bring you into remembrance of my ways which be in Christ, as I teach every where in every church.
