What has the Scripture concluded about all people according to Galatians 3:22?

According to Galatians 3:22, the Scripture has concluded all people under sin. This means every person is hopelessly lost and without hope spiritually until they recognize that lost condition, for God cannot save them until they realize what Scripture concludes about them.

Les explains that, like a little lamb trapped in a crevice with no hope unless the shepherd comes and finds it, lost people today must understand they are hopelessly lost before God can save them. Galatians 3:22 says the Scripture, the Word of God, has concluded all under sin. The promise is by faith of Jesus Christ—believing in His death, shed blood, burial, and resurrection—so that believers might be given eternal life and salvation, and it is for nothing except believing the Gospel. But believing the Gospel does no good until a person realizes he is lost. This is especially hard for good people who say they are not that bad or pretty good. Until they realize how lost they are spiritually and what Scripture concludes, God cannot save them; they are without hope, and one day it will be too late. Les also stresses that God has forgiven every sin and has done everything that needs to be done.
