What have Gentiles been doing for the last 1900 and some years?

For the last 1900 and some years, Gentiles have been resting and feeding on the fatness of the root of Abraham, enjoying a place of privilege and opportunity for salvation based on the promises made to Abraham, while Israel has been dispersed.

Les teaches that when God said Israel was set aside, He brought the whole Gentile world into a place of privilege—not that all are saved, but they now have an opportunity for salvation based on the promises made to Abraham. He explains that for the last 1900 and some years, Gentiles have been resting and feeding on the fatness of the root of Abraham while Israel has been out in dispersion. But Les says the day is coming, and he thinks it is getting close, when God will once again shut the door on the Gentile world, break them off from that grafted position, and graft Israel back in, as Paul says in Romans chapter 11. Then Gentiles will find themselves again where they were before, without a Messiah and outside the covenant promises.
