Who was the Apostle Paul instructed to take the doctrine to?

The Apostle Paul was instructed to take the doctrine of grace, embedded in the Mysteries, far hence to the Gentiles, and also to the Jews. He was not sent to the nation of Israel as Moses was with the Law; rather, he is identified as the Apostle of the Gentiles.

Les explains that God gave Moses the Law at Sinai, and Moses took it down to Israel; only Israel received the ramifications of the Law, though it affected all humanity. About 1,500 years later, God deals with a different individual, Paul, giving him the doctrines of grace embedded in the Mysteries. Paul is not instructed to take this down to the nation of Israel, but instead to take it far hence to the Gentiles, and of course the Jews. Les stresses that all Scripture is inspired, yet God made it plain that Paul is the Apostle of the Gentiles, referencing Romans 11:13.
