Where did Paul go first when he preached, and what happened when the Jews rejected it?

Paul went first to the Jew, making his opening in the synagogue. When the Jews rejected it, he went down the street to the Gentiles. This pattern reflects that Paul took the doctrines of grace primarily to the Gentiles while still going to the Jew first.

Les teaches that Paul was given the dispensation or administration of the grace of God for Gentile benefit. Although his apostleship was primarily to Gentiles, he went to the Jew first, always making his opening in the synagogue. When they rejected the message, he went down the street to the Gentiles. So Paul was given the grace of God and gave it to Gentiles.
