What age have we been in for almost two thousand years?
For almost two thousand years, we have been in the Age of Grace, which is the revelation of the mysteries. The prophetic program has stopped, and God's time clock is paused while Gentiles are brought into relationship with Him through the gospel of Paul's ministry.
Les explains that prophecy had run its course. Christ came according to prophecy, was rejected, and was crucified. With Israel's continued rejection, the prophetic program of Jew only came to a screeching halt. God's time clock stopped, and He opened a whole new vista of Scripture: the mysteries. Paul writes in Romans 16:25 about the revelation of the mystery. For almost two thousand years, we have not been in the prophetic program but in the Age of Grace, the revelation of the mysteries kept secret in the Old Testament. There was no Old Testament concept of Gentiles being brought into a relationship with the Almighty God.
