What was Peter preaching in the book of Acts according to the prophetic program?

In the book of Acts, Peter proclaimed that the One Israel crucified had been raised from the dead and ascended to the Father's right hand, according to Psalms 110:1. He announced coming wrath and vexation, then Christ's return to set up the Kingdom, but Israel's rejection delayed that wrath until something else glorious would come to pass.

Les teaches that Peter is still on the top timeline and in the prophetic program. Peter’s preaching in Acts focused on the One crucified being raised from the dead, having gone back to glory according to Psalms 110:1, seated at the Father’s right hand. The prophetic program also included the coming wrath and vexation, and then Christ would return and set up the Kingdom. But Israel rejected it, so the King could not pour out the tribulation wrath. He had to wait in Heaven until something else glorious would come to pass. The context then skims forward to Acts chapter 9 and Saul’s conversion on the road to Damascus.

Psalms 110:1

The LORD said unto my Lord, Sit thou at my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool.
